Kelly Renouf is a registered psychologist who graduated with a Master of Arts in School Psychology in 2001. Kelly has worked in a number of settings including an ADHD Clinic in Truro, Mount Saint Vincent University, the Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education, and the South Shore Regional Centre for Education. She has worked in the South Shore as a school psychologist since 2003 supporting children, families, and school staff.

After 21 years in the public school system, Kelly has opened Threshold Psychology, a private psychology practice. This practice will be temporarily located in Lunenburg at Malagash Terrace while a permanent building is constructed in Mahone Bay. It will offer services to school-aged children (ages 5 to 18).

Kelly’s approach to psychology is highly influenced by trauma-informed practices, positive psychology, the neurobiology of behaviour, and mindfulness. Kelly has a high level of expertise in the areas of learning profiles, behaviour problems, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. In 2014, Kelly became a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and she currently offers mindfulness education to her clients.
