This series is designed for mental health professionals from various training backgrounds who wish to acquire specialized skills in working with emotions in psychotherapy.

Depression and anxiety are two of the most common mental health conditions affecting individuals worldwide. Emotions play a fundamental role in the development and maintenance of mental health issues.
