Andrea is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University. She works with adults from diverse backgrounds and brings clinical experience across a range of settings, including correctional, military, university, and private practice settings. Her areas of focus include PTSD, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, stress and emotion regulation, and relationship concerns.

Andrea’s approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

She is also a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) trained teacher and offers MBSR group programs, as well as mindfulness-based classes and workshops.

Andrea is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic environment that supports self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
