Carla Seymour is a Registered Psychologist who has been working in Private Practice with Indiviuals and Couples since 1997. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University.

Carla is known for her practical, down-to-earth approach. She works collaboratively with clients in a relaxed, supportive space, focusing on real-life solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Her work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused therapies, tailored to each individual and couple.
