I've been providing therapy for over 15 years for all sorts of concerns. My office always has lots of parking and I have some flexibility in my working hours so if you need a time that doesn't fit into my usual hours, just ask.

I use a variety of tools to help people but the overarching approach I use is David Burn’s modern version of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is called TEAM. This is an internationally recognized therapy model that takes the best of what the field of therapy has learned and organizes it into a straightforward, warm, and effective approach to help people feel better and get better. There is a lot of information online about this approach and links to some of it on my website. I also have a short, free PDF e-book on my website that clearly shows my approach and you can check that out to get a feel for who I am and how I work.

People see me for all sorts of concerns including anxiety, depression, habits, grief, relationship issues, sexual identity, work stress, trauma, phobias, self-esteem, loneliness, anger, and more.
