Anne-Elise O’Regan

Anne-Elise is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Acadia University. She has experience working with children, youth, and adults in hospital and university settings. Anne-Elise provides therapy for a range of emotional and personal concerns such as general anxiety, panic, social anxiety, phobias, relationship difficulties, depression, anger, grief, self-esteem, family concerns, assertiveness/social skills, and stress management. She primarily uses Cognitive-Behavioural, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy approaches in her work at Green Leaf Psychological Services. Anne-Elise works collaboratively with clients and believes in the importance of providing a warm and empathetic environment in treatment in order for personal growth to occur and in establishing emotional wellbeing.
