Teri Fairfax

Teri works from a collaborative and person-centered approach based on the core values of empathy, compassion, trust and respect for each individual’s needs. She assists older teen and adult clients with concerns with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, self esteem, assertiveness, stress management, trauma, and posttraumatic stress disorder drawing from numerous therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness.
