I am passionate about assisting clients with symptoms of PTSD, a history of childhood trauma, and those experiencing life transitions. I have a passion for embracing change and living life to the fullest. I offer a safe, down to earth type of therapy paired with laughter and a passion for assisting clients through change. As well, my education and experience treating PTSD is one of my greatest accomplishments. Change can be scary, but it can also be an opportunity to behave in a way that supports the life you want to create. I believe that each client is unique and has the potential to live a full and rewarding life!
