Ms Lundberg works with children as young as 12 years old, adolescents, and adults up to retirement age. Ms Lundberg focuses primarily on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, traumatic stress, and gender and sexuality issues. Ms Lundberg is a flexible practitioner, motivated to build treatments to support your personal goals; she incorporates techniques from emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, client-centred therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Ms Lundberg respects and celebrates human diversity. She welcomes individuals from different cultural and religious backgrounds. She has a particular interest in working with members of welcomes members of the LGBTQ2AI+ community. She welcomes folks with diverse family structures and relationship styles. She provides letters of readiness for gender affirming hormone treatment and surgeries and works from an informed consent model.
Ms. Lundberg received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors Specialization in Psychology and her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She has experience in healthcare-, community-, and education-based treatments for a wide variety of issues.
