Ms. Lundberg works with adolescents and adults up to retirement age. She focuses primarily on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, traumatic stress, and gender and sexuality issues.  Ms. Lundberg is a flexible practitioner, motivated to build treatments to support a client’s personal goals; she incorporates techniques from emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, client-centred therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Ms. Lundberg respects and celebrates human diversity and invites clients to bring their whole selves into sessions. She works with individuals from different cultural and religious backgrounds.  She has a particular interest in working with members and welcomes members of the LGBTQ2AI+ community.  She provides letters of readiness for gender affirming hormone treatment and surgeries and works from an informed consent model, according to the WPATH standards of care. She welcomes folks with diverse family structures and relationship styles. She welcomes folks with neurodiversities and is willing to explore both strengths and challenges these can bring.

Ms. Lundberg received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors Specialization in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She has experience in private practice, as well as healthcare-, community-, and education-based treatments for a wide variety of issues.
