Jeannette’s approach is client-centred primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR Therapy techniques. Couple’s therapy is guided by Dr John Gottman’s, Gottman Method, and Dr Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy.
