Rebeka Howardson

Rebeka is a Clinical Psychologist (Candidate Register) with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University. She is focused on supporting adult clients (19+) with difficulties related to depression, anxiety, loss, stress, work, self-esteem, and relationships. Drawing from a number of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she strives to create a safe, comfortable, and validating environment, Rebeka aims to help each client make sense of their experiences, develop effective coping skills and accomplish their therapeutic goals.
