Tammy is a Master’s-level graduate in clinical psychology. She has been in practice since 2018 and also has experience providing psychological services within Correctional Service Canada, the Nova Scotia Health Authority, and post-secondary educational settings.
Tammy provides evidence-based treatment and assessment services to individuals ages 18 and above within a professional and supportive environment. Treatment approaches primarily include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Various assessment services, including cognitive/neuropsychological assessments, are also offered.
