Glenn Gray

I am a registered psychologist who works with adults. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals experiencing abuse and trauma, anxiety and depression, and difficulties in problem solving and emotion regulation.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are some approaches in which I have training.

I employ evidence-based and client-centered approaches with a trauma informed lens to assist clients whom may be struggling with personal emotional challenges. I also have experience in assessment of risk for violence among forensic populations.
