Jacqueline Meisner

Jacqueline received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Acadia University. She has experience working with children, adolescents and families in a private practice setting. This includes the treatment of various mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, behavioural problems, and conducting psycho-educational and ADHD assessments.

She has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also draws upon other evidence-based approaches and techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.

Jacqueline believes that the best  approach is one that is collaborative and tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client.
