Sarah is a Psychologist (Cand. Reg.) working with adult and late adolescent/early adulthood (ages 16-18) clientele to improve their emotional/psychological health and relationships by accessing their inner wisdom and resilience. She is a client-centered and strength-based clinician who is committed to establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with client’s, taking an integrated approach to treatment.

​Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from Laurentian University (Sudbury, ON) and has experience working in various clinical settings, currently offering services in private practice. She has experience working with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds with varied presentations. At this time, Sarah works predominantly with those seeking treatment for trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety (generalized and social), panic, stress management/burnout, and notable challenges with mood dysregulation

Sarah delivers various evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and provides DBT-informed and EFT-informed care, where applicable. Sarah also has expertise in conducting psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments with both adults.
