I have over 23 years experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families in both the public and private sectors.  I provide individualized therapy that draws from Cognitive-Behavioural, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment, Dialetical Behavioural, and Attachment models.

I have experience and expertise working with depression, anxiety, work and school stress, caregiver stress, parenting, self-esteem, sleep difficulties, grief and bereavement, and coping with transitions.
